The due date of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C for FY 2019-20 has been extended up to 28th February 2021.
Taxpayers can now file a Nil GSTR-1 via SMS.
Section 16 amended to allow taxpayers’ claim of input tax credit based on GSTR-2A and 2B.
